Techniques
Players who have the ability to perform well under pressure almost never consider the value or personal meaning a given shot has as they are preparing to hit. They also never preoccupy themselves with what someone else is doing around them because they understand that their focus is always on the moment. They are positive and believe in using feel, visualization and imagination
Successful performers understand that their scores will always be the result of how well they execute shots one at a time.

Breathing/Relaxation
The particular technique you need to use is one called Circle Breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose then hold your breath for as long as you can. Exhale slowly allowing yourself to feel the air pass over your lips. You will feel yourself calming down. As you do, you can begin to gain some perspective on the moment again. Stress comes primarily from grinding over outcomes or considering what just happened. Many players fall into this trap and because of it, it negatively affects your thinking on the shot you are about to play. Be careful of this. Slow everything down.
Positive self-talk

All there is, regardless of ‘what happened’, is you, the ball, and the target, and the ball.
The common mistake that players make when they lose their ability to concentrate is when they come off a bad shot or bad hole, and bring an emotional breakdown into the shot at hand. This is exactly how focus and concentration is lost.
There is nothing wrong with being mad as hell over a bad shot. Nothing. But, when you bring negative thoughts and emotions from the past into the present, you lose your ability to be creative, using your imagination, and focusing on the task a
